actually most of these were open/choose your own topic essays! the only one that wasn’t was probably the one about the killing joke, but even that one i made different because i compared it to truman capote’s in cold blood.

i hate set essay topics, i just feel like there’s a set expectation with those and i feel like i always miss the bar
